Italian anti-mafia white lists

Preparation of applications and renewals for prefectural white lists, supporting documentation and communications with the relevant authorities. Assessment of issues arising from anti-mafia checks and of remedies available in the individual case.

Compliance under Legislative Decree 231/2001

Identification of sensitive business activities, risk assessment and preparation or updating of organizational, management and control models under Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001. Projects may include protocols, codes of ethics, reporting procedures, training and agreed periodic reviews.

Italy–United States transactions

Legal structuring of investments, market entry, partnerships and commercial relationships between the two countries. Contracts, preliminary documents and coordinated work plans are developed with professionals responsible for the disciplines and jurisdictions involved.

Engagement with public authorities
